NLB Real Estate d.o.o., Ljubljana, (hereinafter: the Company) strives to ensure the accessibility of the website for all users, including persons with various forms of disabilities.

In the development and maintenance of this website, NLB Real Estate d.o.o., Ljubljana https://nlbrealestate.com/ takes into account the applicable accessibility standards and aims to provide the most positive user experience for users. The accessibility of this website has been assessed with an internal self-assessment in accordance with the provisions set forth in Act Regulating the Accessibility of Products and Services for Persons with Disabilities (the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 14/23, as amended; hereinafter: the Act).

The www.nlbrealestate.com website is predominantly compliant with the said Act. Its content and functionalities have been prepared in accordance with the international web content accessibility guidelines and are compliant with WCAG 2.2 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standard. The site's accessibility compliance corresponds to AA level, with some exceptions to be eliminated by the middle of 2026.

The following adjustments have been made to meet the accessibility requirements:

• This site provides clear and predictable keyboard navigation.
• The content adapts to different screens and is suitable for mobile devices (reflow).
• Readability of the content is ensured with sufficient colour contrasts for most elements.
• Texts are written in clear and understandable language, with an appropriate structure and font size.
• Controls are enabled with various input modalities (touch, drag, enlarged target field).
• All interactive elements have a sufficient target area for users with disabilities.
• The structure is provided through appropriate use of headings (H1-H6) and auxiliary tags.
• Web pages can be read with screen readers.
• Proper error identification and supporting messages are provided on most forms.
• The keyboard focus is mostly visible and predictable, with some exceptions that are being resolved.

The reasons for the predominating compliance are technical limitations in the structure of the main menu, missing ALT descriptions with some images, invisible focuses in certain cases, and shortcomings in semantic tagging of forms. These shortcomings do not significantly affect the overall user experience and will be resolved with the planned upgrades. 

Despite our efforts to achieve the highest possible level of website accessibility, certain limitations may occur. The limitations identified so far are the following:

• PDF documents: certain PDF documents are not adequately adapted for assistive technologies (e.g. screen readers), which can make it difficult to access the content.
• Colour contrasts in some older modules.
• Screen orientation with certain mobile functionalities.

If this is currently not possible due to technical feasibility or disproportionate burden, adaptations will be made in future major upgrades.
